Job Summary
To support a dynamic lending environment, the full-time Texas Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will present loan products, assist clients with applications, and conduct thorough financial reviews, with the flexibility to work remotely or on-site.
Key responsibilities
- Present and communicate company loan products and services to clients
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and necessary paperwork
- Conduct thorough reviews of client financial information to ensure loan eligibility
Required qualifications
- NMLS License required
- Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products
- Experience with Hard Money loans is a plus
- DRE License is a plus
