Job Summary

To support a thriving mortgage business, the remote Texas Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator will develop and maintain a pipeline of residential mortgage business through referral partnerships, originate various loan products, and conduct consultations with prospective borrowers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of residential mortgage business through referral partnerships
• Originate conforming, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and portfolio loan products tailored to borrowers' financial profiles
• Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective borrowers to evaluate loan options and set clear expectations

Required qualifications

• Active NMLS license
• Proven track record of self-sourced mortgage production
• Solid working knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio loan products
• Established referral network with immediate activation potential
• Must meet all NMLS SAFE Act eligibility requirements
