Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process residential mortgage loan files from application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate packaging
• Review loan applications and gather necessary documents, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Funders to meet submission timelines and loan conditions

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mortgage Processing
• Strong working knowledge of Encompass
• Familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
• Knowledge of TRID and compliance regulations
