Job Summary

To support a collaborative team, the fully remote Texas Licensed Mortgage Processor will manage loan pipelines, ensure timely processing of a variety of loan products, and deliver exceptional customer service while working within critical deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Serve in a client-facing role, providing exceptional customer experiences and proactive communication on loan status
• Accurately collect, review, and verify loan application documentation while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Process a variety of loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond programs, while supporting pipeline needs across multiple regions

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mortgage operations with a focus on residential mortgage loan processing
• Proficient in Encompass or a comparable Loan Origination System and Microsoft Office Suite
• Comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage lending industry and current RESPA regulations
• Demonstrated understanding of a broad range of mortgage products, including Texas Bond loan programs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering exceptional service
