Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer experiences, the fully remote Texas Licensed Mortgage Processor will manage loan pipelines, ensure timely processing of various loan products, and support a high-performing team while working within the Eastern or Central time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Serve in a client-facing role, delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting critical deadlines
• Manage loan pipelines with clear, proactive communication on loan status and next steps
• Accurately collect, review, and verify loan application documentation for various loan products

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mortgage operations, focusing on residential mortgage loan processing and pipeline management
• Proficient in Encompass or a comparable Loan Origination System and Microsoft Office Suite
• Comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage lending industry, including current RESPA regulations and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated understanding of a broad range of mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Texas Bond loan programs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
