Texas Licensed Mortgage Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the retail mortgage sales team, the full-time Texas Licensed Mortgage Sales Coordinator will manage phone and chat queues, coordinate events and trainings, and provide administrative support to Mortgage Loan Officers while working remotely from the Austin Metropolitan area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage backup support for retail mortgage phone/chat queues and oversee the scheduling for loan officers
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external events and trainings, including scheduling and marketing
• Serve as a liaison between the mortgage sales team and the Marketing department, assisting with marketing opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage experience required
• Knowledge of Texas Home Equity Loan processes preferred
• Must be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
• Proficiency in Encompass and Salesforce preferred
