Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager in Mortgage Lending.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate Non QM, DSCR, and investor loans focusing on long-term client growth
• Build and manage a book of investor clients and referral partners
• Collaborate with operations and underwriting teams to ensure efficient funding processes

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience originating Non QM, DSCR, and investor-focused loans
• Strong knowledge of Non QM, DSCR metrics, and investor underwriting
• Experience with LOS/CRM systems and managing investor files
• Understanding of underwriting standards and loan structuring best practices
• Highly motivated and organized self-starter able to work independently
