Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a mortgage sales team to achieve production goals and ensure accountability to company standards
• Conduct training sessions for new hires on mortgage education and Encompass software
• Stay updated on industry changes and drive profitability through loan volume goals and conversion metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the mortgage industry as a Sales Manager
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage lending programs and proficiency in Encompass
• At least 1+ years of experience in training and development
• Proficiency in MS Office and mortgage software
• In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulations in lending procedures
