Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter III - Non-Delegated Mortgage.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite Government and Conventional loans by reviewing credit, capacity, and collateral characteristics
• Manage individual pipeline by completing various underwriting tasks within established turn times
• Contact clients to provide updates and clarification on outstanding loan conditions and deficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Encompass LOS experience preferred
• Loan quality and risk management experience
• Knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC guidelines
• Proficiency with automated underwriting systems such as Desktop Underwriter and Loan Product Advisor
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
