Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-Delegated Mortgage Underwriter III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage individual pipeline by completing Conventional loans and other underwriting tasks within established turn times
• Identify document deficiencies and request additional information from clients as needed
• Navigate and interpret Agency, Non-Agency, and company guidelines while assisting other personnel with underwriting tasks

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry or Residential Mortgage Loan underwriting
• High school diploma required
• Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry practices and guidelines
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products and Encompass
