Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-Delegated Mortgage Underwriter III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage individual pipeline by completing various types of loan underwriting within established turn times
• Identify document deficiencies and request additional information from clients as needed
• Navigate and interpret guidelines while assisting other personnel with loan status updates and tasks

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry or related field
• High school diploma required
• Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry and applicable regulatory compliance
• Advanced knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA Guidelines
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products and Encompass
