Texas Licensed NERC Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Energy Storage NERC Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on NERC Reliability Standards and provide internal guidance and training
• Lead the implementation and improvement of the NERC compliance program
• Identify and manage compliance risks, designing and overseeing controls

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of corporate compliance and operational NERC compliance experience in grid infrastructure, BESS, or utility-scale renewable energy
• Experience with NERC compliance, audit processes, and compliance monitoring/reporting tools
• Proven track record in developing and implementing NERC compliance programs
• Knowledge of current ISO/RTO standards and energy power markets is beneficial
• Previous titles may include Manager of NERC Compliance or Sr. Regulatory Manager
