Texas Licensed Neurological Surgeon Reviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Texas Licensed Neurological Surgeon Reviewer will conduct comprehensive medical record reviews, provide objective clinical opinions, and engage in peer-to-peer communications while enjoying flexible scheduling as a 1099 independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Review medical records and prepare clear clinical summaries related to neurological and spinal conditions
• Engage in peer-to-peer communications and respond to client-specific questions regarding treatment planning and disability determinations
• Maintain compliance with all licensure, certifications, and credentialing requirements while attending necessary orientation and training sessions

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certification in Neurological Surgery
• Current, unrestricted Texas medical license
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Neurosurgery
• Ability to maintain all applicable licensure and certification requirements
