Job Summary
Engaging healthcare providers through various in-person and digital tools, the full-time Texas Licensed Neuroscience Specialist will conduct proactive outreach, facilitate discussions, and elevate insights to inform strategic decisions while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals on product access and patient care guidance
- Engage customers through virtual or digital tools and direct them to appropriate colleagues as needed
- Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups to discuss experiences and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, or 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a regulated environment
- 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, RN) with patient-facing responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex clinical information and influence stakeholders
- Strong commitment to ethical business practices and understanding of regulatory standards
- Must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city in the sales territory
