Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the formation of a new non-profit entity
- Support all aspects of the non-profit's involvement in corporate transactions
- Provide legal guidance based on significant experience with non-profit organizations
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of corporate experience, including at least 3 years with non-profit organizations in Texas
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed and in good standing in Texas
- Prior experience in the corporate practice group of a large law firm or sophisticated boutique firm
