Job Summary
Providing critical care and health education remotely, the full-time Texas Licensed Nurse Advisor will deliver evidence-based symptom triage and support patients through phone, chat, and video platforms during overnight shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide symptom triage and health education for patients of all ages using evidence-based protocols
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document all interactions in accordance with policy
- Communicate effectively with beneficiaries and collaborate with internal staff to ensure continuity of care
Required qualifications
- Current active compact RN license in home state
- 3+ years of recent clinical experience with the ability to triage all age groups
- Advanced technical skills, including multitasking with multiple programs and monitors
- Ability to pass security clearance
- Hard wired Internet connection
