Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Care Nurse Navigator to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates care throughout the entire cancer care experience
Identifies gaps in care delivery and seeks opportunities for improvement
Provides patient education and support regarding oral chemotherapy and psychosocial needs

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in oncology
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Oncology Certification (OCN) preferred
Nurse Navigator Certification is a plus
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
