Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for the Epilepsy Clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and document comprehensive physical examinations and synthesize data to develop patient care plans
- Provide management, referrals, counseling, and education to patients and families regarding health measures
- Collaborate in research projects and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's Degree in Nursing or higher, with completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Education Program
- APRN certification by the Texas State Board of Nursing upon hire
- Authorization for prescriptive authority by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- Preferred: 1 year of relevant clinical experience
