Texas Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Virtual Health Assessment role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, and provide health coaching and treatment
• Outreach to chronically ill members and engage those less likely to see their PCP
• Interact with members virtually for assessments, diagnosis, and treatment while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
• Compact RN license (only applicable to NP)
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
• Fluent in Spanish and licensed in TX and at least one additional state
