Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Senior Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate medical waiver processes and outcomes for applicants in the USCG
• Review and analyze medical records and discharge rosters for cases involving medical waivers
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members and stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in a medical field from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state
• Board certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• A minimum of three years of experience in medical record review or military medical assessments
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems, including Cerner EMR and MHS GENESIS
