Texas Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing infusion therapy practice, the part-time Per Diem Nurse Practitioner will provide remote supervision of RNs, assess new patient health statuses, and assist with staff competency assessments while working flexible hours in Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision over a group of RNs, performing chart audits and reviewing adherence to company policies
• Assess and document the health status of new patients
• Communicate openly with referring/prescribing providers regarding patient status and plans of care

Required qualifications

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas
• Medicare PTAN preferred
• Board certified through ANCC or AANP
• Current BLS CPR certification
• Excellent IV skills with infusion therapy experience preferred
