Texas Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To provide parental leave coverage with the potential for a longer-term position, the full-time remote Advanced Practice Provider (Texas Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) will deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute concerns while managing a fast-paced caseload of asynchronous cases.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality primary care across asynchronous and synchronous modalities
• Build strong, longitudinal patient relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction
• Quickly master clinical platforms and contribute to clinical protocols and workflows

Required qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license; additional state licenses are a plus
• 3+ years of experience providing primary care to adults
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality primary care
• Experience in virtual care and/or startup environments is a plus
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm CT
