Job Summary
To provide parental leave coverage with the potential for a longer-term position, the full-time remote Advanced Practice Provider (Texas Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) will deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute concerns while managing a fast-paced caseload of asynchronous cases.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality primary care across asynchronous and synchronous modalities
- Build strong, longitudinal patient relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction
- Quickly master clinical platforms and contribute to clinical protocols and workflows
Required qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license; additional state licenses are a plus
- 3+ years of experience providing primary care to adults
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality primary care
- Experience in virtual care and/or startup environments is a plus
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm CT
