Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner Clinical Reviewer Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding newly hired Advanced Practice Providers (APPRs)
• Provide ongoing clinical education specific to chronic care management
• Conduct chart reviews and ensure adherence to processes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license in TX, CA, or NJ
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) certification
• At least 2 years of Advanced Practice Provider experience, preferably in primary care or chronic care management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication platforms like PCC and Teams
