Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates learning and assesses practice gaps to develop educational activities
- Acts as a change agent to transform processes and improve healthcare practices
- Mentors nursing staff and supports their professional development and transitions
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a related field within 3 years of hire
- 3 years of directly related experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
- BLS certification by an accredited organization upon hire
- Certification in Nursing Professional Development required within 1.5 years
