Texas Licensed OFAC Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OFAC Investigator 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations and monitoring of BSA/AML/OFAC
• Assist in the development and enhancement of OFAC Compliance automation and procedures
• Escalate and recommend appropriate investigation follow-up for customers exceeding risk tolerance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• At least 1 year of investigative/research experience, focusing on fraud, anti-money laundering, and/or criminal investigations
• BSA experience; OFAC experience is a strong plus
• Professional certification (i.e., CAMS, CFE) preferred
• Detailed understanding of complex OFAC regulations and associated risks
