Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator specializing in Neuro Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess barriers to care and address patient, caregiver, or family needs
• Serve as the point of contact for providers, patients, and caregivers, advocating for patients throughout the healthcare system
• Facilitate education and shared decision-making by providing resources and referrals based on assessment needs

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing program
• 3 years of oncology nursing experience
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an accredited organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or equivalent certification
