Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Operations Manager in Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality assurance evaluations and provide feedback on Collector phone calls
  • Manage collector staffing ratios and provide ongoing training and mentoring to Collectors
  • Assist with administrative duties, reporting, and achieving performance objectives
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or relevant work experience preferred
  • 2 years of previous collections experience required; 4 years preferred
  • 2 years of successful management experience in a collections environment preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of FDCPA and state collection laws preferred
  • Strong work ethic and high ethical standards required
