Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager (Mental Health).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee human resources duties and manage daily operations of the contract
• Ensure timely fulfillment of Government worldwide assignment requests and coordinate logistics and travel
• Implement efficient operational procedures to ensure quality service delivery to participants

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of experience managing program operations in a dynamic, international environment
• At least five years of experience in human resource management and financial management
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
• Experience with worksite/assignment tracking and stakeholder communications
