Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Texas Licensed Operations Trainer will design and deliver engaging training programs for remote contact-center and claims operations staff, focusing on onboarding, skill development, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver interactive training sessions on product knowledge, soft skills, and systems navigation for new hires and tenured staff
- Develop and maintain training materials, including SOPs and e-learning modules, to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles
- Monitor staff performance post-training to identify gaps and implement targeted interventions for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in health plan operations, with 2-4 years in a training or instructional role
- Working knowledge of claims adjudication, appeals, and ICD-10/CPT coding
- Proven ability to engage remote audiences via video conferencing platforms like Microsoft Teams
- Strong project-management skills to handle multiple training cohorts and deadlines simultaneously
