Key Responsibilities

• Review treatment requests and appeals for medical necessity
• Complete reviews within a flexible schedule, averaging 15-20 minutes per case
• Provide advisory opinions without establishing a doctor/patient relationship

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current, unrestricted Texas Medical License
• Active practice in the field of Orthopedic Surgery
• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Ability to complete training and onboarding in less than one week
• Experience with telework and independent consulting preferred
