Texas Licensed Outbound Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FEP Outbound Sales Specialist to conduct outbound calls and assist policyholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to welcome new policyholders and ensure policy accuracy
• Collect first premium payments to activate life insurance policies
• Assist with correspondence, error corrections, and execute special projects

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
• Some college preferred; Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license preferred
• 1+ years of office experience preferred; telecommunications experience is a plus
• Knowledge of life and health insurance operations is desired
