Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal Property Damage and Subrogation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the claims team by gathering and reviewing claims-related documents for compliance with legal requirements
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings and settlement agreements
• Organize case files and act as a point of contact between the claims department and external attorneys

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field
• Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in property and casualty insurance
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and familiarity with Texas state court systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus
