Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Texas e-filing procedures and manage all associated legal documentation
• Assist attorneys with discovery efforts, liability reviews, and trial preparation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a paralegal, particularly in Texas litigation involving personal injury and insurance cases
• Comprehensive knowledge of Texas court procedures, including e-filing systems
• Ability to work remotely using personal equipment with minimal supervision
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle a significant volume of cases efficiently
• Availability to start immediately and commit to a long-term contract position
