Job Summary

To support a collaborative legal team, the contract-to-permanent Texas Licensed Paralegal will manage litigation support activities for personal injury and civil litigation cases, ensuring accurate case files and preparing attorneys for trial-related events in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation support activities and maintain accurate case files for personal injury matters
• Draft and organize discovery materials, pleadings, and other legal documents for active case management
• Prepare attorneys for hearings and trials by assembling necessary materials and ensuring compliance with deadlines

Required qualifications

• Strong background in personal injury and civil litigation
• Hands-on experience with trial preparation and litigation documentation
• Proficiency in using case management software and legal technology tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting
• Experience with discovery processes and document handling
