Job Summary
Supporting a national team in litigation, the remote Texas Licensed Paralegal will manage investigations, assist with matter intake, preserve evidence, and maintain evidence databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs investigation and file management duties related to legal hold requests and litigation discovery under attorney supervision
- Obtains and manages client documents, identifying potentially relevant materials for each case
- Coordinates efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors while maintaining organized evidentiary data and case-related information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; a degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate is a plus
- Minimum 1-2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with legal holds and evidence preservation is required
- Experience with auto liability insurance matters/cases is required
- Proficiency with data entry and familiarity with document management systems is a plus
