Texas Licensed Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting multiple attorneys in a full-time capacity, the Texas Licensed Paralegal will manage a high-volume caseload, draft legal documents, and assist in all phases of litigation and case management while working onsite in Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and discovery motions while managing a large caseload
• Organize and process incoming records and invoices, following up on outstanding records
• Conduct case law research using Lexis Advance to support defense strategies and assist attorneys in trial preparation

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a practice group paralegal
• Familiarity with state courts and e-filing procedures
• Experience in drafting legal documents and managing billing processes
• Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Word
• Proficiency in Lexis Advance for legal research
