Job Summary
Supporting multiple attorneys in a fully remote capacity, the part-time temporary Texas Licensed Paralegal will manage a high-volume caseload while drafting legal documents, organizing records, and conducting case law research.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and discovery motions while managing a large caseload
- Organize and process incoming records and invoices, following up on outstanding items
- Conduct case law research and assist attorneys in preparation for mediation and trial
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a practice group paralegal
- Familiarity with state courts and e-filing procedures
- Experience in drafting legal documents and managing billing processes
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Word
- Proficiency in Lexis Advance for legal research
