Job Summary

Taking full ownership of the NDA and intake process, the remote Texas Licensed Paralegal will independently manage NDAs from drafting to execution, maintain a centralized legal intake process, and oversee the signature pipeline while adapting to shifting priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end NDA process, drafting, negotiating, and executing NDAs independently
• Design and manage a centralized legal intake process, ensuring all requests are routed appropriately
• Maintain and organize the contract repository, ensuring agreements are easily accessible and trackable

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal operations role
• Experience independently managing NDAs from drafting through execution
• Experience building or improving a legal intake or triage process
• Working knowledge of e-signature tools and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight and enforce processes consistently
