Texas Licensed Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting legal and claims professionals, the full-time Texas Licensed Paralegal will prepare legal documents, conduct research on insurance regulations, and manage case files in a remote capacity from the Houston area.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and review claims-related documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Conduct legal research on laws and regulations pertinent to property and casualty insurance claims
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements while managing case files and deadlines

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field
• Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in property and casualty insurance
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and legal procedures
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
