Job Summary
Supporting the litigation and commercial legal teams, the full-time Texas Licensed Paralegal will manage legal holds, e-discovery, and contract processes while working in a hybrid environment based in Frisco, TX, with in-office days from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing commercial contracting and litigation processes, collaborating closely with internal teams
- Support labor and employment legal matters, including legal holds, discovery, and subpoena responses
- Draft and review contracts, advising internal clients on terms and identifying potential risks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant in-house or law firm paralegal experience
- High familiarity with commercial contract drafting and litigation processes
- Experience with commercial contract lifecycle management and document management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
