Job Summary
To support high-impact insurance defense cases, the full-time Texas Licensed Paralegal Specialist will manage litigation files, draft legal documents, and prepare for arbitration and trial while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation
- Draft and file pleadings, respond to discovery, and support motion practice
- Order and track medical records; coordinate expert review and disclosures
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal with a focus on insurance defense or civil litigation
- Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced legal environment
- Familiarity with legal procedures, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings
- Must meet all applicable paralegal certification, registration, or licensure requirements as defined by the state of Texas
- Candidates must be based near one of the Texas office locations: Dallas, Austin, Houston, McAllen, or San Antonio
