Job Summary

To support high-impact insurance defense cases, the fully remote Texas Licensed Paralegal Specialist will manage litigation files from inception to resolution, including trial preparation, while collaborating closely with attorneys and other paralegals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation
• Draft and file pleadings, respond to discovery, and support motion practice
• Order and track medical records; prepare arbitration and trial materials

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal with a focus on insurance defense or civil litigation
• Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced legal environment
• Familiarity with legal procedures, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings
• Must meet all applicable paralegal certification, registration, or licensure requirements as defined by the state of Texas
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
