Texas Licensed Paralegal Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an L&D Paralegal Training Specialist to develop and implement training programs for paralegals remotely in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a comprehensive paralegal training curriculum and develop modular, on-demand training materials
• Deliver live virtual workshops and assist in recruiting guest speakers for training sessions
• Assess learning needs and provide ongoing support and mentorship to paralegals

Required Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience as a paralegal in family law or a comparable area of law
• Experience in designing and delivering legal training or educational programs
• Strong working knowledge of family law procedures and filings in at least one relevant state
• Background in instructional design or adult learning theory is preferred
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Adobe, and LMS platforms
