Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on business transactions and legal rights, managing cases from start to finish
• Represent clients in court, conduct trials, and analyze laws and regulations to shape legal strategies
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and manage deadlines with a high level of ownership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in general liability/insurance defense
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in [State] (additional states are a plus)
• Experience in negotiations and mediations
