Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a personal book of business with a minimum of $250,000 in annual originations
• Provide legal services in various practice areas including Corporate, M&A, Litigation, and more
• Utilize alternative fee arrangements to enhance client relationships and revenue streams

Required qualifications

• Active Texas law license
• Proven track record of generating business and managing client relationships
• Experience in one or more specified practice areas such as Corporate, Litigation, or IP
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong understanding of flexible billing practices and compensation structures
