Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Coordinator, Patient Access (Case Manager).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire care process from benefit investigation to medication delivery, ensuring an exceptional patient experience
  • Conduct benefit verifications and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care coordination
  • Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and guide them through the appeals process as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of industry experience with patient-facing or high touch customer interaction preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers policies preferred
  • Robust computer literacy skills including data entry and MS Office programs
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical therapies and medication adherence challenges preferred
