Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Coordinator, Patient Access (Case Manager).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire care process from benefit investigation to medication delivery, ensuring an exceptional patient experience
- Conduct benefit verifications and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care coordination
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and guide them through the appeals process as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of industry experience with patient-facing or high touch customer interaction preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers policies preferred
- Robust computer literacy skills including data entry and MS Office programs
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical therapies and medication adherence challenges preferred
