Job Summary
To support a high-volume inbound call center, the full-time Texas Licensed Patient Access Representative will manage patient inquiries, provide exceptional service, and complete patient registrations while working in a hybrid environment with some remote responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle an average of 60-65 patient and clinical business calls daily, ensuring a positive patient experience
- Complete registrations for new patients, verifying demographics and insurance information
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries, including medication refill requests
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- One (1) year of experience in a healthcare and/or clinical setting
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
- Proficient typing and keyboarding skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
