Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative II.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify account balances by researching and ensuring accuracy of payment postings
• Contact payors, patients, and other parties to secure timely payments on accounts
• Process rebills and apply appropriate system discounts as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Accounts Receivable experience
• Authorization and appeal knowledge (preferred)
• Carrier website functionality and analytical skills (preferred)
