Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Office Patient Call Coordinator (OB/GYN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Book patient appointments for OB/GYN providers using an electronic medical record system
  • Confirm and update demographic information while notifying patients of account balances
  • Adhere to scheduling protocols and maintain compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience using a PC in a Windows environment
  • Preferred experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in OB/Gyn
  • Preferred experience in customer service and as a Patient Call Coordinator or similar role
