Job Summary

To support business office operations, the full-time Texas Licensed Patient Call Coordinator will manage appointment bookings for OB/GYN providers, ensuring compliance and excellent customer service in a call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Book patient appointments for OB/GYN providers using the Epic electronic medical record system
• Confirm and update patient demographic information while notifying them of account balances
• Adhere to scheduling protocols and maintain department metrics and call standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience using a PC in a Windows environment
• Preferred experience in a healthcare setting, particularly OB/Gyn
• Six months or more experience in a Patient Call Coordinator role or similar
• Knowledge of medical terminology
